The FY2021+ reports head the column 'PA Nationality' and the FY2012-FY2020 spreadsheets 'Nationality', but RPC describes the whole series (FY2012 onward) as broken down by primary applicant nationality, and the reports show no change of basis at FY2021: both eras count every individual (the national totals are RPC's admissions totals), and the national spread of nationalities tracks arrival volume across the change (55 nationalities in FY2020 and 50 in FY2021; 77 in FY2017 and 75 in FY2023).
